Approach

I am trained in many different coaching instruments and techniques. When appropriate, I work with specialists to deliver specific services -  but mostly what I do is to listen very deeply to people and ask insightful - and sometimes challenging - questions based on what I hear – or what I see or sense.

 

The work is really satisfying and can be transformational to the outcomes sought by my clients.
